If you're referring to your payroll taxes, you'll need to contact IRS to check if you should pay your taxes annually or quarterly. However, if you're referring to your sales tax, you'll have to contact your Tax Agency for your scheduled payment.

Here's how to create a payroll tax schedule if needed:
Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then Payroll Settings.
Go to Tax Setup folder.
Click Federal or State Tax Information to change or add a new schedule.
Then click the Change or add new schedule. Select OK when done.
This should help you if you're ready to set up your tax liability schedules in QuickBooks.
