Re: Quarterly Taxes

Hello there, AaronTrimbleAudio.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help guide you in the right direction in paying your taxes.

If you're referring to your payroll taxes, you'll need to contact IRS to check if you should pay your taxes annually or quarterly. However, if you're referring to your sales tax, you'll have to contact your Tax Agency for your scheduled payment.

Once, you can verify the payment schedule, you'll have to set this up in QuickBooks so that it will create reminders for paying tax liabilities. Let me help route you to this article for more details about sales tax settings: Set up your sales tax.

Here's how to create a payroll tax schedule if needed:

  1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Go to Tax Setup folder.
  3. Click Federal or State Tax Information to change or add a new schedule.
  4. Then click the Change or add new schedule. Select OK when done.

This should help you if you're ready to set up your tax liability schedules in QuickBooks.

For further assistance in going through the steps, you can contact our Online Chat Support Team. They can help you with the navigation using their screen share tool.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (question mark icon) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Type in your question and click Continue.
  5. Click the Start Messaging tab.

I'll also be here to help if you have additional questions about paying your taxes. Wishing you all the best.
