Re: How to replace sales tax with VAT in my invoice ?

You might have signed up for a US version of QuickBooks Online, Nikhilreddy118.

To replace sales tax with VAT, create an account for QuickBooks Online International. Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Select your country and proceed to creating an account.
  3. You can also click the Another company link in the sign up page. This will let you use the same login credentials.
  4. Activate the VAT feature the same way you activated it in the first account.

Once done, make sure to cancel the US account to avoid unnecessary charges. Follow the steps in this article on how to do that: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

Please let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'll be around to help you again.
