W2 E File to IRS

I filed W2 forms and checked to file electronically. When I look at the W2 archive, it says I filed electronically. However, I have no verification of this. I don't know if it is in process, completed or the status. Also, how do I know if my W3 was filed? It has been several days and I have also not received an email verifying that these forms were filed.

To know the current status of your filed forms, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to pull up your account securely and check on the status of your forms. This is also to ensure that your account remains safe since the Community is a public forum. 

 

To reach them:

  1. In your browser, navigate to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select the issue or topic.
  4. Click the Green Phone button to see the support number.

This should get you moving today.
