Having an issue with QuickBooks POS 18 Pro where it's not charging sales tax on every item sold. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Ok so this issue happened in a large sale of $4000 where tax was only charged on all but one item. Missing some $80 in taxes. We can absorb the difference but how do I change the transaction totals without changing the credit charges?
