Join nowGood afternoon.
I have invoices created in FieldEdge and when they are paid, I pushed them to Quickbooks Online.
And that is fine,is working.
But, to pay Sale Tax from Quickbooks is problem now. I am getting different amount, example for March QB says $169 but if I manually calculate including all bills together (in FE and in QB) , I get $311.89.
I s it ok to do Adjustment for that amount? Or there is another way to do it?
Before we were working in ESC and didn't have situations like this

HMMM...I spoke to my accountant, she suggested to use Sales Tax Report for Cash instead of Accrual... She thinks that will be easier to follow. In that case, all invoices what they are paid and pushed from FieldEdge to QB will be included.
What do you think about that solution?
Can the date be changed on the sales tax adjustment in QuickBooks Online? I processed adjustment today for payment made on 3/16/19, but the adjustment is dated 4/26/19.
Thank you,
Lynn

Allow me to share some information about changing the sales tax adjustment's date via QuickBooks Online.
Changing the sales tax adjustment's date isn't currently an option in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to delete and re-create the adjustment to enter the correct date.
