Aside from considering the Billing and Shipping addresses, please note that the Automated Sales Tax will also take into account the following factors:
- Customer’s tax-exempt status.
- Where you sell and where you ship.
- Your service or product’s tax category.
If the tax calculation is still not accurate after checking the factors, I'd encourage you to contact us to make sure that your issue is addressed as soon as possible. You can also request a callback from our Support instead of waiting on hold for an available agent.
You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time. Here's how to reach us:
1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.
