Sales Tax Center

Does anyone know how or if I can turn off the attached pop up message that comes up every time I access the Taxes menu in QB Online?

I'd like to provide some clarifications regarding the page for the new improved sales tax option that's showing up from the Taxes section.

 

The page that you've got will only show up if you're still using the manual tracking of sales tax in QuickBooks Online. The page provides information on how you can switch to the automated sales tax option that we offer. You can hit on Do it Later to continue with using the old sales tax set up.

 

Know that the message is a reminders to help you optimize your sales tax experience while working with your taxes. It will disappear if you set up for the automated sales tax. The page is always there to guide you whenever you're ready for the new sales tax set up.

 

To guide you more information on how the improved sales tax center works, please see this reference: Learn how to set up and use the automated sales tax feature in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for the clarification Betty. I was just hoping QuickBooks would allow me the option of deciding when I wanted to switch & not have it pop up every time.
