I have a client set up for sales tax. I have this sales tex listed and can select it on an invoice. Yet it refuses to populate the amount. Sometimes it allows me to select the text field and I can add it, AND it updates the invoice. I save, close, and send, and in the send preview, you can see it's been removed. When I go back into editing the invoice, it's not there like before. Also, I am importing from Paymo App. I can add the taxes in Paymo, and QB strips is out. What is going on?
p.s. I selected QB online because I think this is what I have, but when I go and select About QB (MacOS) it just gives me a version number (Version 4.2.1-79 (4.2.1-79.79), so no clue what I am running
