I'm trying to find where in quick books-reports I can find TOTAL sales tax paid (all 4 quarters) for year 2019. I'm looking at two reports Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports. On the balance sheet I see under "other current liabilities" - sales tax payable but the number totaled does not match what I paid for all 4 quarter for year 2019. Can some help me located this information or knows why the $ amount sales tax payable doesn't match what I paid it seems what it shows $ on the total sales tax payable is what I paid for one quarter.

You can simply follow the steps below to view your paid transactions for all quarters in the year 2019. Here's how:
Go to the Reports menu and select Custom Reports.
Click Transaction Detail.
In the Filters section, search for Transaction Type.
Under the Transaction type drop-down, click Sales Tax Payment.
Filter the Dates from January 2019 to December 2019 to view all payments for all quarters.
If the Sales Tax Liability Report and the Sales Tax window show different tax amounts, they may not have the same date ranges or report basis. You can perform some of the recommended steps provided in this article to fix the issue: Fix Sales Tax Payable issue.
