State uemployment rate. QB will not let me enter in a 0.00% which is on my rating notice

The inability to enter your 0.00% SUI rate could indicate that QuickBooks has not yet received the updated SUI rate from your state. Generally, states provide updated SUI rate notifications towards the end of the year or at the beginning of the following year. Consequently, we will have to wait for this information to be updated.

My problem was with State Unemployment. It was not adding a new employee with a 0.0%  state tax to 000%.  I did  contact support by phone and they were able to make the change for me.
