The bundled item might have not recognized the products/services that are taxable. Let’s try to delete the bundled item and re-create it again.
To delete, here’s how:
Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
Under Lists, click Products and Services.
Find the bundled item, and click the arrow next to the Edit link.
Choose Make Inactive.
Then, re-create the bundled item and try to create an estimate or invoice to see if the taxes are calculated. If you're still getting the same issue, we can do troubleshooting by following these steps:
Let’s open your company in an incognito or private browser. Then, create an estimate or invoice.
If taxes are calculated on the bundled item, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. On the other hand, try using a different browser to see if you're getting the same result.
