When I'm on the mobile app and I create an invoice, it always applies the tax rate that our shop is located. I try to manually adjust the city and save and it automatically reverts. I have to get to a desktop, open the sales tax link and it will correct. I can't invoice anything out in the field and send it.
I've checked my resources and verified that there is an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Online Mobile application showing an incorrect rate for Sales Tax.
