Nothing was resolved. I spent about 2 hours with Right Networks and QuickBooks Enterprise Tech Support. I feel very strongly that the last payroll update was corrupt, but Right Networks "doesn't think that's possible". How else would you explain it? The enhanced payroll worked perfectly for years and now there is a problem. Too bad they will not "escalate" it up the ladder to someone who actually knows something.
To be fair, the person I spoke to was kind and patient, but nothing was resolved.
I know going through multiple troubleshooting steps and not having any of them work can be a real pain, especially when you have more important things to do, chairman25.
Right Networks automatically updates your QuickBooks Desktop and automatically run your payroll. For reinstalling, repairing, or updating payroll, I'd suggest contacting the Right Networks Support Team. From there, they'll run the QuickBooks and Payroll updates again.
You can also contact our Payroll Support Team to assist you with QuickBooks-specific-from payroll concerns to performance issues. I know you already called but I still highly suggest contacting them again. They have tools that can pull up and verify the status of your ticket in a secure environment. If you have a case number, that would help streamline the process since it has the previous agent's notes according to what happened to your issue. This way, you won't be repeating yourself. Click the Help icon on the top menu.
Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Tap Contact us.
Select Search for something else and enter your concern in the Tell us more about your question: field.
