Use QBO product taxes rates instead of synced ones when syncing through Wix by OneSaas

I have a Wix Store and I am syncing orders made on Wix through the "QuickBooksOnline by OneSaas" app.

My different products have different tax rates which I have properly configured in QBO. However the Wix store does not allow more than one tax rate per country and hence I cannot use the tax feature offered by Wix.

When I sync an order from Wix, the products in the order are automatically properly matched using the SKU to my products in the QBO product list, however the tax rate is synced from Wix instead of taken from my product definition in QBO. Is there a way that QBO uses its own tax rate for a known product instead of the one synced from an outside source?

Thanks for posting here, llll_b!

I understand that you want to use the tax rates set up in QuickBooks Online. Let me help you.

The transactions are being imported from a third-party application. QuickBooks Online uses the data given by them when they send the transactions. I suggest you seek further help from OneSaas to see if they can simply map or match tax codes to those available in QuickBooks Online.

For now, you'll want to manually edit the imported transactions to correct the taxes.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I already reached out to OneSaas support and they informed me that they have no option to export the data without tax information.

A mapping is not possible since there is no tax information available to import from Wix.

Manually correcting is possible, but error prone and time consuming.

A useful feature would be to be able to choose which tax rate to use when importing, or at least to automatically update taxe rates from QuickBooks Online within the imported transaction.

Do you know whether such a feature might be expected?

If no, does anybody know another service that can handle this?
