Speaking on your tax totals, QBO doesn't have the option to adjust the difference originated from other accounting software since our system is only dependent on the data you transferred or shared with it.
If you wish to make changes before transferring your tax data, I recommend performing this in your previous software or contacting their support team to guide you on editing the tax total before migrating it to QuickBooks.
