Where can I find 2021 Form 941

Your previous tax forms are available in the Payroll Tax Center. Here's how:

1. Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
2. Choose the File Forms tab.
3. Under Filing History, select Saved Filings or E-Filings tab.
4. A table of your saved tax forms is displayed in PDF format.
5. Click the link under the Saved PDF column to open the file.
