Where do i find the sales form I created

I created a estimate template but when I clicked on create estimate, it's still the default form and not the estimate template I created.

Where do i find the sales form I created

Hello @beroc,

The recent form you created can be your default template for estimates. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Custom form styles.
  3. Find the template you recently created.
  4. Below the ACTION column, select the Edit menu.
  5. Click Make default.

Learn more about your created sales form templates with this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've also included this helpful article for the steps in creating an invoice after your customer accepts the estimate: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions, please let me know in the comment below. I'll be here to help. Stay safe!
