Could you please let me know the user role you assigned during the process of adding your new user?
Currently, only Primary Admin and Company Admin can track mileage in QuickBooks Online. Each user can only view their own mileage. If you are the Primary Admin, you can add multiple Company Admin users, and each one can track their own mileage separately.
Here's how to add or change the role:
- Open your QuickBooks Online Company.
- Go to the Gear icon on the top right of your screen.
- Click the Manage users option.
- Select Edit or Add user.
- Choose Company Admin on the Assign roles dropdown.
- Hit Send invite.
