I'd like to have this taken care of.
Let's make sure your account mapping preference is correct. I'll guide you through the steps below:
- Select Apps from the left menu.
- Choose My Apps.
- Under the Sync with Square, choose Settings.
- In the Basic Settings, select Edit.
- From the QuickBooks drop-down list, select your preference for your bank account, expense account and payment method.
- Put a check mark on the box for the subscribe notification then select Save changes.
- In the Defaults for Unmatched Items, select Edit.
- For the Default income account from the drop-down, choose Square Income.
- For the Default sales tax code from the drop-down, choose Unassigned Tax from Square Sales.
- Select Changes then choose Connect.
