I have my main company name on the Invoice template, but now have expanded and need to also have a T/A name on another template. How do i create 2 different forms ?

I have my main company name on the Invoice template, but now have expanded and need to also have a T/A name on another template. How do i create 2 different forms ?

You can create an invoice template with the T/A name and import it, Cayneandrew.

 

First, let's turn on the importing feature. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select QuickBooks Lab.
  3. Turn on the Import Style feature.
  4. Click Done.

Then, you can now import the invoice template. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click New style, then select Import style.
  4. Select the form type, upload the template, then click Next.
  5. Match the fields with QuickBooks fields, then click Next.
  6. Confirm your style, enter a desired name, then click Save.
