T-Sheets mobile app stopped working for a couple of our employees.

Hello everyone! Has anyone else run into this issue? How did you remedy this? One of our employees uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that fixed it. But another employee is still having issues.

My first question is; what do you mean by "stopped working"?

Are users not able to log in?

Are they able to log in but not able to clock in/out?

 

Let me know so we can continue to troubleshoot.

We tried reinstalling, changing password(twice) and employee is still unable to clock in using app. I can manually input his time in T-sheets online. 

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Our employee is unable to log into his app. He has changed his password(twice), and has been using his username from T-sheets online for him.

Hey @shsharedextravagance, is the user getting any error messages when trying to log in, if so what does it say?

one of our employees is having trouble signing into t-sheets with his sign in. Does he need to reset his password? And how?

The user will want to go to their TSheets App

Click on the Forgot Username/Password option

Then they will continue with the steps to reset their password

 

Have them do that and if they are still having issues reach back out to us so we can continue to troubleshoot!
