Hello there, accounts657. You can consider searching using your bank's website URL (e.g., www.samplebank.com) instead of the bank name.
If it still doesn't appear in the list, you can request a connection by clicking Request a provider. Enter the bank's name and the website’s URL, then click Request. It’s important to note that verification may take time, and there’s no guaranteed timeline, as QuickBooks relies on the bank to complete the process.

You can find step-by-step instructions for locating and connecting your bank in this helpful article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions in QuickBooks Online. After connecting your bank, there’s a possibility that you may see duplicate transactions. You can easily exclude them.
If you need clarification on any step of the bank connection, we’re happy to assist.
