Error 103 happens when your bank doesn’t recognize the sign-in details QuickBooks Online (QBO) is using.
Start by confirming your bank sign-in info by logging in manually through the bank’s website in a new browser tab. If you can’t log in, you can reset your password.
While you are logged in, check for any alerts or prompts to authorize third-party access and follow your bank's instructions to enable it to ensure you've granted permission for QBO to connect.
Once everything is clear on the bank’s end, follow step 3, whether you’re setting up a new connection or updating an existing one.
