Why QuickBooks Online still says my trial period is going to end soon after I subscribed?
by Intuit• Updated 11 months ago
If you decided to subscribe and you have already put your payment information after you have been using QuickBooks Online trial version, the sign saying that the trial period is going to end soon is not going to affect the data in your account. This will also tell you that you’ll only be charged full price after the trial period is ended.
You can also check the status of your account by follow these few steps:
- Select the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- Select Billing and Subscription. You can check if you’ve already subscribed or still in the trial period from here.
