Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement

If you see a charge from Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here's how to check where it came from and why.

Note: If you use online banking with QuickBooks, your bank might charge you a service fee for allowing the connection. This charge isn't from Intuit.

Prerequisites

To get started, you’ll need your credit card or bank account info, and the amount and date of the charge to look it up. If you don’t have them, sign in to your account and review your billing history.

Select the product you want to look up a charge for.

Find a charge here

If you are subscribed to QuickBooks Online Advanced, Plus, Essentials, Simple Start, or QuickBooks Online Accountant follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Subscriptions and billing.
    You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

Download prior invoices as a PDF

You can download your Intuit invoice as a PDF file.

  1. Go to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Subscriptions and billing (Take me there).
  2. Select View payment history.
  3. Find the invoice you want.
  4. Select Select invoice, then select Export to PDF.

You can use this tool to look up a charge for any of these products:

  • QuickBooks Online
  • QuickBooks Online Accountant

This form shows charges on or after May 27, 2020.

Notes:

  • If you don’t see your product or charge, you might have multiple accounts. Be sure to sign in to the account you used to register your product or service.
