Learn how to run an undeposited fund report in QuickBooks Online.
Undeposited funds are payments you’ve received but not yet deposited in your bank account. This helps you track payments in QuickBooks.
Run an undeposited fund report
In the report, you can see a list of undeposited funds that covers a default report period of 90 days.
Note: You can change the date range in the Report period ▼ dropdown to view previous undeposited funds.
- Go to Transactions, then select Chart of accounts (Take me there).
- Find the Undeposited Funds account.
- In the Action column, select the dropdown. Then, select Run report.
When you’re ready, you can make a bank deposit to transfer undeposited funds to your bank account.
