Can i import an invoice template from desktop to QBO ?

I recently switched from QB desktop to QBO AND am using the South African latest version of QBO ,and cannot get my invoices to print on A5 landscape as i had been doing on the desktop version.
can any one help?
Are there any quickbooks developers out there that can assist or escalate this issue?

Alternately can they give us more scope with the settings of the margins ,as that might help.

Can i import an invoice template from desktop to QBO ?

I know the importance of using your template in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for QuickBooks Online (QBO), sales

Importing your templates from (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. But rest assured that you can still print your invoices according to your needs since you can adjust them by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales menu located at the left navigation panel and click Invoices.
  2. Choose the invoice the said invoice print and press the More Actions dropdown.
  3. Click the Print option.
  4. You'll be routed to another webpage.
  5. Press the Print icon located in the upper right corner.
  6. In the Destination dropdown, choose a printer according to your preferences.
  7. Click the More Settings dropdown to see what other option you can customize.
  8. Press the Print using the system dialog option or just type Ctrl + Shift + P
  9. You can change the orientation of your invoice in the system dialog. Click the Orientation dropdown and choose either Portrait or Landscape
  10. Hit the Print option once everything is set according to your needs.

If you want to customize the look of your invoice layout, you can check out this website since it contains a lot of information that can help you further: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

After creating the said invoice and the customer makes a payment on the invoice, you can record your invoice payments to balance your accounts.

I'm still here to back you up if you have additional questions regarding printing your invoices in QBO. Just keep me posted and I'll be around to help.
