Where can I find my previously uploaded file on Quickbooks?
Good day, Lornie. There are two possibilities for what you mean by uploading a template in QuickBooks.
First, if you’re referring to the upload template used when importing invoices via a CSV or Excel file, QuickBooks does not store the upload template for future use or download. You need to save the upload template to your computer before importing it so that you can reuse it in the future.
Second, if you’re referring to the upload template feature from the Custom Form Style section prior to the interface update, it is no longer available. However, if you had previously uploaded a template, you can still find it in the Custom Form Style template list. Please note that you no longer have the option to edit those templates, and if they have been deleted, there is no way to retrieve them.
If you’d like to review the data you uploaded, the invoices will appear in your regular invoice list under Sales & Get paid > Sales Transaction list.
