I've got your back! I'll lay down a couple of solutions to help you fix the missing customer names on your invoices. 

 

This is likely caused by a sync issue within the mobile app. One way to fix this is to refresh the data:

 

  1. Tap the menu icon.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap Refresh Data and proceed with Refresh.

 

Though if the customer's name still won't show on your iOS devices, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the damaged data.
