Using the Price rules feature in QuickBooks Online is one of the needed options. This feature helps you to manage the cost of your goods and services. It also gives discounts or charges varying prices depending on the item. However, this feature is only applicable in the US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). That's why you're unable to see it within your QuickBooks account.
As a workaround, you'll want to manually input the appropriate price in the Rate column when creating an invoice. Or, you might also look for an inventory management app that works with QBO and is available in your area.
