Hi there, Lesley.
I'm here to help you with adding the VAT number to your customers' invoices.
First, you need to enable the VAT number from the Custom Form Styles window. You can follow these steps:
You can also add the tax column to your invoices by ticking the box beside VAT.
After that, make sure to add the VAT number from the VAT window so it'll be added to your invoices.
The VAT and the VAT number will now show up on your transaction.
For more tips about customising your form template in QBO, you can open this article: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
