Credits won't appear on the Receive Payment screen if they're already linked to invoices. If they're already linked and still showing, your browser may have a data issue. We can verify that by logging into your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. To use a private browser, here's how:
Then, check the system where you saw the old credit notes appearing. If everything looks as expected, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also use other supported browsers to isolate these kinds of issues.
