I need to send a receipt regarding a payment received against an invoice. How do I do that.

Hello, hvanzyl.

 

I can help you received an invoice payment in QuickBooks Online. You can use the Receive Payment option to mark the invoice as paid.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the + New in the panel and choose Receive Payment.
  2. Choose a customer and select the invoice.
  3. Hit Save and close.
