You'll have to first turn on the Import Styles feature from the QuickBooks Labs page to import a custom invoice template, @userdasvalue. Let me guide you how.

Once done, return to the Custom form styles page from the Gear icon. Select the New style button, then choose the Import style option to start importing your customised invoice template. Additionally, you're also able to customise your other sales forms like quotes, and sales receipts through the Custom form styles feature in QBO.
