Hello @adilam,

Welcome to the Community. I can help you display your VAT number to invoices in QuickBooks.

You can start by enabling the custom fields from the Account and Settings section. This way, you can add extra info to your sales forms.

Please take note that this is only available for Plus and Essentials versions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company
  3. Go to Sales from the left menu.
  4. Click Sales form content.
  5. In the Custom fields section, enter your VAT info in the Name field.
  6. Check the Internal and Public boxes.
  7. Hit Save
  8. Choose Done.

Once done, please proceed with opening the invoice template to verify if this field is already available. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company
  3. Find your invoice template from the list.
  4. Hit Edit under the Action column.
  5. Proceed to the Content tab and select the header section of the invoice.
  6. Click + Custom field and make sure the VAT number box is checked.
  7. Select Done.

When creating invoices, please make to select the correct template. This way, the changes you make from the custom fields show up (see screenshot below).

I've also attached an article you can use to know more about how to customise templates in QuickBooks: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a great day.
