Yes, there's a way to get the EFT details to display on your quote, @dalehein13-live-. All you need to do is to customise the quote template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

  1. Go to the Settings (⚙) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Custom form styles under Your Company
  3. Locate your template and click Edit from the Action column. If you have no quote template yet, choose Quote from the New Style drop-down.
  4. In the Design tab, select Add your EFT details
  5. Enter the information both in the Message to customer and Your payment details fields.
  6. Click Done

The screenshots below show you the last three steps.

Here's a sample screenshot of how the result looks like in the Quote form before and after printing it.

I recommend making the template as your default, so the system will use it each time you create a quote. Just go to the Custom form styles page to complete this task. You can also preview it as PDF, rename, or delete it from the Action column. View the screenshot below for your reference. For more details, see Step 6 through this article: Customise Sales Forms

Once your customer accepts your quote, you can apply it to an invoice. It lets you post it to a sales account and ensure its charges will appear in your customer centre. For the detailed instructions, visit this article: Estimate (Quotes) Overview. Then, click the Add an estimate to invoice link.

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always, @dalehein13-live-.
