Hello there, Buck Tsai.

You'll want to import 100 invoices at a time and 1,000 rows in a spreadsheet to avoid unexpected behavior. We can also verify if the unusual behavior is caused by a browser-related issue.

To start, you can import your invoices using a private browser. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to import them successfully, you'll want to switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also use an alternative browser to get rid of these kinds of issues. Feel free to use this page for more information: Import multiple invoices at once.

Let me know if there's anything else that you need help with. Take care!
