To get this sorted out, you might want to check the items used for your purchase transactions and ensure that you're using the correct expense account. See the sample screenshot below.
If the amount is still not showing, you can open the purchase transaction and toggle the value. If the problem persists, you can access your account via the incognito portal. Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you're able to see the amount on the transactions via the private window, let's clear the browser's cache on your regular browser.
