I can share some information with you about job cards in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As of the moment, the ability to create job cards in QuickBooks Online isn't available. I can see how convenient it would be if we can achieve this in QBO as this will be in favor of your way of recording your business activities. No worries, I'll pass this along to our product developers so they'll know that this is something that our customers like you want.
Also, it would be of great help if you'll send your own feedback to our Product Developers so this will reach them directly and be able to consider adding this feature in future updates.
You can follow these steps to send your request:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Click Next to submit.

On the other hand, we also have our lists of supported third-party applications that you may utilize in finding one that'll let you create job cards. Just enter some keywords and take the time to visit the application's reviews for better recommendations.
