Hello, cholinga.

Currently, this is working as designed. While we're unable to edit the Business (CIPC) Reg. No. field, and un-bold the item section, you can import your own template.

To do that, make sure to enable the import style feature by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear > QuickBooks labs.
  2. In the Import style section, click the toggle icon to enabled the feature.
  3. Select Done.

Once done, you can download a sample template and manually edit the details. Add the Business Reg. No. and un-bold the items.

Here's how:

  1. From the Gear > Custom form styles.
  2. Select the New style drop-down list and choose Import style.
  3. Pick the Form type and click Next.
  4. Click the Download import guide link, and open the template in a Word document.
  5. Hit the Enable editing button located at the top.
  6. Edit the company details and add the Business Reg. No. on the header part.
  7. Un-bold the items. Then, save the document, and go back to the Import Form Style page.
  8. Press the Browse button and select the document.
  9. Click Next and match your fields with QuickBooks fields. Hit Next to preview the invoice and then Save.
  10. Enter the name of your template and click Save.

Here's a sample screenshot of what the template looks like:

I'm also adding these article to help you customize the template and import other templates:
