Thanks for posting in the Community, @Buck Tsai. I'm here to provide a workaround you can perform to achieve your goal.
I know how important it is to import your journal entries and upload your bill into the Banking or Receipts tab, as they make your work quicker. I also hear you and recognize your request about adding these two functions to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) ZA version. Right now, we don't have a specific timeline as to when they will be available in the program.
As an alternative, I'd suggest looking for third-party apps that can integrate with QBO. This way, you'll have an option to import your journal entries and capture receipts. There are two options for this. Just go to the Apps menu or through the external QuickBooks App Center. I'll guide you how.
For the first method:
For the second option, let's go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/za/apps/. Then, navigate the apps by opening each profile. Click Get the app for the chosen app.
In the meantime, I recommend visiting this website: QBO ZA Resource Center. This link provides you blog articles about our latest news and product improvements.
Once integrated, you'll be able to import your journal entries and upload the receipts to QBO. I recommend running and printing the Journal report from the Reports menu. It lets you view all your journal entries within a specific period. Also, you can customise your sales forms, such as sales receipts. Doing so will help you personalise them to improve your company's brand.
Please know that I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Keep safe always, @Buck Tsai.
