Urgent !Urgent !I received a payment on some invoices but it doesnt reflect paid on it. Client needs an updated statement urgently , Please help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Once you've received the payment and deposited it to the correct account the Open status will change into Paid. Let's isolate this case by opening your QuickBooks account using a Private browser. This may be a performance issue caused by a build-up of cache and cookies within your internet browser. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps, checking between each to see if the payments are now showing up as paid:
