Why can't the standard users not see my imported invoice template?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps for the Standard users to see the imported invoice template, 9130 3486 4601 6776.

 

The Imported form styles for invoices will show on the Custom form styles page. In this case, let them try signing in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full or damaged preventing them from accessing imported sales form This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. They can also use a supported, up-to-date browser to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
