Why can't you view the item list as in the Desktop Version, you could see the supplier as well?

You could view the cost and sale price as well as supplier, much easier.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @Dura Trailers. I can walk you through the step-by-step process of running reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can view the product/service list in QBO by following the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under List column, select Product and services.

 

You can also run a product/service list report. Here’s how:

 

  1. On the left navigation pane, select Reports menu.
  2. Look for Product/Service List report.
  3. Click Run report.
