Let's access your account in a new private window and check if you're able to see the customer's name when creating an invoice and the vendor's name when recording an expense. If it's appearing as expected, proceed to clearing the browser's cache. Deleting it will boost browser performance when working with frequently visited sites such as QuickBooks. If the same thing happens, switch to a different browser.
