Why is my VAT number not printing on my invoice?

I'll help you add your VAT registration number to your invoices, @maryna-alpha-plu.

Before we proceed, you'll have to review the VAT Settings to ensure that you entered the VAT registration number. I'll guide you how:

  1. From the left navigation bar, choose Taxes.
  2. Click the Edit VAT drop-down menu and then click Edit Settings.
  3. Check if the VAT registration number is already entered. If not, type in the number in the field.
  4. After that, click on Save.

Once done, we can now edit the invoice form to add the number. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select the template, then click Edit.
  3. Choose the Content tab and then click on the bottom part of your template.
  4. On the Add footer text field, type in the VAT number.
  5. Click on Done.

Aside from customizing, you can also import custom form styles for invoices to add the important details you'd like to show in the form.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you learn more about the VAT feature. This is to ensure that you'll have a smooth tax year-end: VAT Feature Update FAQ.
