Why was the platform changed now it is not user friendly - where can I find all my previous invoices

While adapting to a new layout can take a moment, these updates are designed to streamline your workflow and provide even better insights. I’m happy to show you exactly where everything is so you can get back to business with confidence.

To find your invoices in the new layout, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Sales & Get paid tab under the All apps menu.
2. Select Invoices.              
3. If the list seems incomplete, click the Filter button and set the Date to Last 12 months and Status to All.       

If you need to switch to the old layout, please know that QuickBooks Online is continually evolving. These updates reflect our commitment to enhancing the Intuit platform for a better experience. As QBO gradually transitions to the new experience, you still have the temporary option to switch back:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon at the top-right corner.
2. Click the Switch button to return to the old layout.  
3. If you want to switch back to the new layout later, you can click the Switch button again.

While this switch is temporary as QuickBooks moves toward the new interface to support its latest features, it should help you transition smoothly while you find what you need today.
