I understand how important this is to you. Let me share some insights about changing the fiscal year in QuickBooks Online,
The dates in your report will change if you modify your fiscal year or the start of your financial year. Your data will not change, so you can input the months you need to access data from the previous fiscal year.
Currently, you can change the month or starting month of your fiscal year. However, there is no option to set a specific date. When you choose a month, it will always begin on the first day.
You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account. This way, our Product Developer team can have a look and review it. They are always open to opinions to help us improve our product to suit your business needs. To send feedback, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
