I'd like to provide additional details on what we can do when a bank is not bringing transactions.
Can you share what specific bank institution you're using? This helps me check more resources and provide you with correct information about the connection status of your bank to our program.
For now, we can try running the manual update to refresh the connection between QuickBooks and your bank. If you haven't tried doing it, you can follow the steps below:
If it persists, you can manually upload the bank transactions using the CSV file to continue bringing them to QuickBooks. I understand that it takes a bit of our effort to organize the format. I've included some articles that'll help you with this task.
First, download transactions from your bank by logging in to your bank's website. Then, follow the given instructions on how to download transactions and save the file on your desktop or anywhere you can easily find it.
