You can start by exporting and saving lists (suppliers, customers, stock, and chart of accounts) from the canceled account. Then, import them to the new company.

If you need to import bank transactions, start connecting your account to QuickBooks. Doing this will download transactions automatically.

You are unable to connect a canceled QBO account with any 3rd party app. You have to export the data out to XLS and you may utilize an importer tool for the new account.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to a few months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
